You can never watch too many sunsets…

Ohhh inner Goddess, observe how the sun dances for you over the shoreline in seductive hues of rose and gold.

I have been so caught up in my goal setting for the last year, I neglected to appreciate the simpler and more attainable things in life.  My recent trip to Costa Rica had put a lot of things in perspective for me.  Not in a negative way, because I’m so grateful with my progress and my achievements thus far.  In fact, it opened my eyes to show me how life can be better.  I meditated on my intentions, and revealed how I was living in a scarcity mindset.

So here I am once again, allowing myself to be vulnerable to the world with my first blog post.  I had been sitting on this idea for so long not even sure about how I was going to do this, or what was holding me back.  I suppose the main reason was because it is another skill set I would have to learn.  All the logistics involved were intimidating, but I always do my best to face my fears.  It took one full day of research to get started, and now here I am.

The beautiful thing is, once again I am proof that you can do anything that you put your mind to.  If you are passionate about something, go for it!  Writing and inspiring others has always been my passion among other things in life.  I feel so fortunate to be in an open-minded head space where I can continue to create my own journey of discovery, self-love and gratitude.

Today I dedicate my first post to the reader that has been sitting on an idea but letting a scarcity mindset get in the way of an abundant life.  Let that go.  Take a deep breath.  Exhale.  And take the risk, you will reap the reward.  Believe it.
